Development of Conscience.
Our conscience consists of knowledge produced by impartial and objective identification of reality around us. When does it develop, or when should it? Can one control body and brain? Can one use his intelligence to program and perform his actions and life? If there no conscience development responding to biological development, then what will happen? How to educate the kid to make him owner of his own conscience? Mario Calvagno and Carmen Zammataro interview prof. Michele Trimarchi, psychologist, founder of Neuropsychophysiology in 70-80s, president of ISN (INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF NEUROPSYCHOPHYSIOLOGY) in Rome.

Left-handed: Driving the world with the left hand?
In a recent article published by 'La Repubblica' it's been underlined the fact that many power men from far and close past where left-handed. Among the others there are Julius Caesar, Alexander Magnus and Napoleon, but even four of the last presidents of the United States and both of today's candidates. But why is a human being born left-handed, how does a left-handed's brain work? Does the left-handed person have more problems than the right-handed, in the field of logic, manuality, socialization? Is the hand the only 'left-handed' part, or are there other organs? What about 'both-handed'? Mario Calvagno and Carmen Zammataro interview prof. Michele Trimarchi, psychologist, founder of Neuropsychophysiology in 70-80s, president of ISN (INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF NEUROPSYCHOPHYSIOLOGY) in Rome.

How brain and thought change in the Internet era.
Daily newspaper 'La Repubblica' has recently published an article named 'The Internet-format brain'. According to a study of University College of London reading and thinking isn't anymore as it used to. For internet users rapidity is the goal; it's epic, tale, analysis and the deep to lose. Does the web therefore worsens our mind, or does it develop new capabilities and vary intelligence? Contemplative-brain or computer-brain for quick search? There are many among young boys, but even among young adults, that do more things at the same time: chat, i-pod, messages etc. Do all of these activities together cause disturbs of attention, or, on the contratry, do they help the brain to remember, to amplify memory? The brain regenerate through new connections, even in advanced age; it may be trained and improve its performances. How can an adult maind be re-programmed in the internet era? Mario Calvagno and Carmen Zammataro interview prof. Michele Trimarchi, psychologist, founder of Neuropsychophysiology in 70-80s, president of ISN (INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF NEUROPSYCHOPHYSIOLOGY) in Rome.

Hatred and love: same areas within the brain.
Within the Neurobiology laboratory of the University College of London the map of 'hatred circuits' within the human brain has been completed. The brain areas activated by hatred, seem to coincide, partially, with the ones activated by love. British researchers have taken pictures of the minds of a group of volunteers as they were looking at the pictures they really hate, and discovered that the 'cerebral circuit' of hatred partially coincides, with the one of love. Is the line between hatred and love so thin even in our brain? Mario Calvagno and Carmen Zammataro interview prof. Michele Trimarchi, psychologist, founder of Neuropsychophysiology in 70-80s, president of ISN (INTERNATIONAL SOCIETY OF NEUROPSYCHOPHYSIOLOGY) in Rome.

Beware of GMO!!!
November 8th 2008, in Calcata there was a round table on 'Bioregional agriculture, natural food and genetic manipulation'. Mario Calvagno and Carmen Zammataro asked dr. Ciro Aurigemma, moderator of the meeting, psychologist and manager of the Ecology Division of the Italian Vegetarian Association, to talk about the reasons of the meeting and to make a summary of the discussed topics. From January 1st 2009, a no-label tolerance could be introduced, through a new european law article, of GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) in the biological products. Are there any dangers for our health? Which risks, from the biodifference point of view, does the european diffusion of vegetable farming GMO? Will the biological farming fields go on existing? Which consequences from an economic point of view? These are the questions asked prof. Giuseppe Altieri, agriecologist, teacher of biological agriculture within the Agriculture Institute of Todi. Last interviewed one, prof. Michele Trimarchi, psychologist and scientist has underlined the seriousness of the genome manipulation. Only the correct information may carry to a conscious choice.
